Many Regnant Hair Concierge products are supplied through scheduled pre-order allocations.

All products remain subject to availability.

8. Pre-Order Products

By purchasing a pre-order product you acknowledge that:

  • processing begins after payment has been received;

  • estimated processing times may occasionally change due to supplier schedules;

  • selecting an expedited delivery option does not reduce the stated processing period;

  • pre-order products are sourced specifically for individual customers.

9. Shipping

Delivery options, shipping charges and estimated transit times are shown during checkout.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the products transfers once payment has been received in full.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

10. Returns & Refunds
