Our policies are designed to protect the integrity of every order, every client, and every carefully sourced piece of raw hair.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of raw hair extensions, hygiene standards, and the custom sourcing process, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
Hygiene Protection
Hair extensions are considered a personal-use product. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been:
- Opened or removed from its original packaging.
- Installed, worn, brushed, washed, coloured, cut, or altered.
- Handled in a way that affects the original condition.
- Returned without the original security seal intact.
Incorrect Orders
If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item received.
- Photos of the packaging and security seal.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Natural Variation Is Not a Fault
Regnant Hair Concierge specialises in raw hair. Raw hair is collected in its natural state, meaning no two bundles are identical.
- Wave patterns may vary slightly.
- Natural colour tones may differ between bundles.
- Texture and fullness may vary due to the natural origin of the hair.
- Minor variations are a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If
- The hair has been installed or worn.
- The hair has been washed, conditioned, coloured, bleached, cut, or chemically processed.
- The security seal has been broken.
- The product packaging is damaged or missing.
- The request is made after the 48-hour review window.
Before Purchasing
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, lengths, textures, quantities, and policies before completing checkout.
False Claims & Chargebacks
All Regnant orders may be quality checked, photographed, documented, and securely packaged prior to dispatch.
Fraudulent disputes, false “item not received” claims, false “unauthorised transaction” claims, or claims made after confirmed delivery will be challenged with order documentation, tracking confirmation, payment records, and delivery evidence.
