Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Regnant Hair Concierge, many of our products are offered through carefully managed pre-order allocations. By selecting a purchase option for a pre-order item, you acknowledge that your order is reserved specifically for you.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided that:

• your order has not entered processing;

• your order has not been submitted to our supplier or production partner;

• no bespoke work has begun; and

• the product has not been allocated specifically to your order.

Cancellation requests received after this point cannot be guaranteed and may be declined.

Once Processing Has Begun

Once your order has entered sourcing, supplier allocation, quality control, preparation or fulfilment, it cannot be cancelled.

This is because many of our products are sourced specifically for each individual customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Selecting a faster delivery option does not reduce the stated processing time.

Pre-order items typically require 7–10 working days for preparation before dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Courier delivery estimates begin only after your order has been dispatched.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom-made, personalised, coloured, altered or bespoke products cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.

Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable guides, templates and e-books cannot be cancelled or refunded once access has been granted or the download has become available, except where required by applicable law.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website and include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The email address used to place your order

If your cancellation request is approved, any refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
