Every Regnant order is handled with care, discretion, and intention. Our shipping process is designed to protect the quality of your hair from checkout to arrival.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it enters our processing and quality assurance stage. During this time, your order details are reviewed, your items are prepared, and your package is documented before dispatch.

- Processing times may vary during launches, restocks, or high-demand periods.
Dispatch Times
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched once they have passed our quality checks. Pre-order or custom-sourced items will follow the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase.
Pre-Order Delivery
Some Regnant pieces may be available through a pre-order model. This allows us to source intentionally, reduce unnecessary stock, and provide clients with carefully selected hair rather than rushed inventory.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Signature Delivery
Due to the value of our products, selected orders may require a signature upon delivery. This is to protect both the client and Regnant Hair Concierge.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
- We recommend using a secure address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
- We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Clients are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Regnant Hair Concierge is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Marked as Delivered
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, Regnant Hair Concierge is not liable for loss, theft, or misplacement.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, clients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated.
- Customs delays are outside of our control.
- Refusal to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns, or additional fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Order Documentation
For quality assurance and fraud prevention, all orders may be documented before dispatch. This may include product condition, packaging, order contents, shipping label, and tracking information.
Your order is not simply packed. It is checked, sealed, documented, and prepared with intention.
