Before completing checkout, clients confirm that:

• All selected items, lengths and textures are correct.
• The shipping address is accurate and complete.
• They understand the natural characteristics of raw hair.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

02. Raw Hair Disclaimer

Our products are 100% raw and unprocessed. Because raw hair is collected in its natural state, wave patterns, colour tones and bundle characteristics may vary slightly.

03. Quality Inspection

Every order undergoes a three-point inspection before dispatch:

1. Cuticle alignment verification.
2. Weight confirmation.
3. Texture and quality review.

Orders are documented prior to sealing for quality assurance and fraud prevention purposes.

04. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are securely packaged and sealed.
• Tracking is provided once dispatched.
• High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Regnant Hair Concierge is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the courier. Clients are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

05. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of raw hair products and hygiene standards:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the security seal is broken.
• Hair that has been installed, worn, altered, washed, brushed or coloured is not eligible for return.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, original packaging intact and the security seal unbroken.

06. Fraud & Chargeback Policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are the authorised cardholder.
• You will not file false “item not received” or “unauthorised transaction” claims.
• You understand all orders are documented prior to dispatch.

Fraudulent disputes will be challenged with delivery confirmation, order documentation, IP verification and payment authorisation records.

07. Colouring & Professional Handling

Raw hair can be professionally coloured and customised. However, Regnant Hair Concierge is not responsible for damage caused by improper bleaching, dyeing, installation, heat misuse or poor maintenance.

08. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout systems. We do not store card details.

09. Concierge Support

If you are unsure about length selection, texture blending or bundle quantity, we encourage you to contact our concierge before purchase. We are here to guide you — not rush you.
